I was attempting to convey that POET would be like an ARM. POET would partner with end user organizations like Samsung and Apple (I'm not saying anything new here -sorry folks).

MY reason in bringin up ARM was to convey that they have dozens of partners/licensee relaitonships and POET could be the same. TO answer NoMba, a main PDA signing may not, and likely will not, limit capabilites to more and different things with other orgs.
