If MS8 is a stated integral element of a PDA or Industry Partner and any subsequent agreement, you can be highly confident both parties would insist on a dual announcement.
If MS8 is not a stated integral element of a PDA or Industry Partner and any subsequent agreement, then agreed, MS8 could be released independently.
The point is, no-one here on this BB knows for sure how, or if, MS8 is integral to a dual announcement or not.
Maybe we get independent announcements, maybe we get a dual.
My point is merely stating that if PTK is working on a dual announcement, it clearly takes more time to obtain comprehensive sign-off and approval.
Either are equally good for investors over time.
A dual announcement would obviously have a much more immediate impact for shareholder value.
Either way, we are all waiting eagerly for news !
