If the folks on this Board are right in suggesting that Apple MAY be a buyer of PTK - one of the advantsges for Apple of buying PTK would be that they could use their foreign cash as PTK would be considered a foreign (Canadian) company. They should be able to acquire PTK without having to repariate its cash to the USa to do the transaction thereby avoiding having to pay the associated tax.
