Oldgreg: They have never said MS8 was ahead of schedule. Only that they saw no significant roadblocks to completing it.

Perhaps they underestimated the smaller stones on the road. They might not be significant and won't put the whole project at risk, but they nevertheless take time.

Okay, so we'll have to wait another month! Or should I say two? Anyway, in the big picture this will go unnoticed.
