Ok, let's be honest for just one second here. Why would anyone be pleased about this news release?

It doesn't offer ANY new information that we didn't already know about other than to say they're delayed. We knew they were in talks with partners, we knew about new technology and new IP. We knew all of this.

It's time to stop with the rosey coloured glasses and realize that they had a problem and they're delayed. That's all this news release said. It's certainly not good news, but neither is it bad news. These sorts of things happen, but to call this a good news release and we should be pleased is just hilarious.

I've been long on this stock for over 4 years now and I'm certainly not going to be pleased because they said they were delayed--but neither does it really concern me.
