Value of the UConn Shares

Here's something new in the amended 20-F. Values are in US$

As part of a restructuring of the License Agreement entered into by the Company and UCONN, the Company agreed to issue 2,000,000 common shares to UCONN in exchange for a reduction in the royalty rate owed. The shares were valued at $0.79 per share or $1,580,000 in the aggregate.
