Yes that milestone was achieved. There is no mention of that being achieved at or near the 100nm target though. Only that is they created a functioning circuit. I am not downplaying the significance of that milestone in the least. The company has stated repeatedly that it is looking to scale down to 100nm for mass production as that is the base line for current fabs. Will they have that ready to go before a main partner PET unit? Possible. There are many veggies in this soup. Fun to watch what will float to the top next to get the taste buds going. Derekwpg
