My guess would be military partner, not commercial. I think commercial side will wait until M8 and P2 to get anything completely finalized (not to say they don't have an MOU already with right of first refusal option). We know they have been working with BAE for years and already have a solid relationship; thyristor already validated; we know there is an initiative to utilize Poet in deep space probe; there was great confirmation of a high level BAE person noted in recent NR; we know militray interest has been high for several years.
