Good questions, based on previous milestone timelines I believe Poet gave MS 9 a quarter of work to complete. I have no idea how challenging this milestone would be to achieve. I believe MS 10 is not a significant technical hurdle, if all the components work it is just a matter of putting them on the same chip. I believe Lee Shep. spoke about this at the investor's presentation over a year ago now.

So in my mind once we reach the 100nm there is only one technical MS remaining to reach- MS 9. I know there are other TDKs to produce but this is largely just documentation that takes time but is really not a research milestone that has an element of risk.
