I think what is clear FJ is that until someone steps forward and is prepared to pay POET $$$$$ the technology is still R&D and the stock speculative.

It doesn't in any way diminish our belief in the potential of the technology but at this point no partner or potential partner (to our knowledge) has signed an agreement with POET committing to commercialization and a sustainable revenue stream.

IMO, the only announcement that will remove POET from R&D and speculative status is such an agreement.
