TechGC: 1. Scenerio 1: Could it be that 100nm is now done. PC flies back to UCONN to show the first partner the final result, news release pending? Maybe.

Based on prior experience with POET meeting its own expectations on milestone dates, I'd already be very happy if they can really complete the 100 nm at the end of this month. But three weeks in advance? Highly unlikely! Of course I'd love to be proven wrong!
