Ok so if we have hit 100nm I sure as heck hope that is good enough for a first product run. I mean honestly. They better not require further scaling before they sign deals and anounce the names of companies who are using POET under "paid" licence agreements.

100nm I sure hope this satisfies the client, 42ghz, 80% power savings, ready for 8 inch fab.

I know we need to be patient but at the same time I dont want to have to wait another 2 years to see this investment finaly pay out.
