Dr. Taylor could not have stated it any better and a lot more people will be reading it than the numbers here including all the manipulators. So it really comes down to.. whoever reads it and whether they believe the good doctor or not. It certainly gives a lot more assurance to the wishy-washy ,fence sitters and strikes a lot of fear into the market players.
