100nm is a major achievement and if it wasn't for the greedy partner wanting sub 100nm we would have already had an NR on this. Not sure why but they are gettting 10x the speed with 80% improvement in power savings and they are now pushing for sub 100nm. If Taylor can do 100nm in a short time period, surely 90nm is achievable so show us the money first!
