Which ties in with what he said at the EC regarding seamless transition to existing 8 inch fabs.

I understand from some that explained it on the board that the larger the wafer the more cost effective the production as you can imagine you can fit more on a single wafer as the sizes increase.

I believe Rob at one point listed a link to all the existing Fab's and their corresponding wafer sizes on here to give us an idea of who we could be working with (long list and fabs all over the globe).
