OPEL "now POET" commissioned a valuation analysis of the POET Technology portfolio (“POET Technology”) by an independent, third party valuation firm, Pellegrino & Associates, LLC.

So back to the statment,. CC says its in the third party hands. leading to the speculative conclusion that they "Pellegrino" are waiting for completions of technical achievments that will de risk, PDA anouncements that will give them the abuility to forcast earnings and so on.
