Doesn't have to do with PTK not wanting to release but most likely the other party not wanting others to know that they are looking at PTK as a potential solution going forward.

If you were a big fish, would you not want to keep your cards close rather than exposing a potential next move to the competition. Given that PTK is still a small fish, the big fish get to tell us how discussions will progress.....for now at least.
