The article is less than detailed but they are clearly not as far along in their development as POET is. That being said, it certainly seems as though it would gain impressively over current Si technology.

This is another good reason why POET has got to get to the market sooner rather than later. There are others that are trying to come up with all of the answers that POET apparently has already found, and given enough time, they will.
