This is from the June 12th 20 F filing .

."We currently expect to produce a functional integrated circuit prototype by the end of 2014, although no assurances can be given that such project will be completed on a timely basis, if at all."

I don't know what this means for sure . Is this another new time line or are they just covering themselves for worst case ?
