Interesting, thanks for the link, Maestrodrumboe! Again this is an example of reseach in an early or medium stage; please note phrases like "devil is in the details" or "could one day". And then they aim to be just 10 times faster than current processors. Well, Intel refuses to refrain from silicon at all cost – see Bearb8's post.

For us, there is no reason to fear. Still POET Technologies must focus on execution – as they are doing – and deliver on short term (and not get distracted by any share price fluctuations).
