You can not have negative power consumption. Either it was a significant typo or someone was smoking something other than cigarettes. If 100 units of x is current power consumption of a given tech,you can only have a percentage of efficiency that would approach 100% of the 100 units required. Otherwise you would be making power and have just invented cold fusion. Derekwpg
