I don't know if there was any projection of phantom plug power in the reliability report but a few years back it was projected to grow rob be about 4-6% of total electric use. If a lot of the portable devices only needed to be recharged 1 per week because they had a Poet chip a good portion of this wasted phantom plug power could be reduced
