Yes, wasn't that explained in the article? However, that didn't fully explain the difference in arrival times of Neutrinos and photons. Why has no one noticed this delay previously, especially considering the research done on supernovas??

Whatever the case, I think it fair to say that conditions around a supernova and throughtout space-time, are extraordinary, especially considering calculations of c are based in a vacuum. It is therefore common sense to expect the laws of physics to be altered slightly. Eistein's theories are over 100 years old, and quantum mechanics is better understood now. I suspect general relativity will be tweaked over the centuries.

Anyway I am going to stop now, since my understanding of this is very limited. Great article though. Should't affect POET's optical elements, even if proven to be true.
