Good find. If this is Poet, and it seems like most of the language fits- (IR sensor arrays) this type of contact should be material news and Poet should have a NR about it. It says the contract was awarded on Friday so a NR could come Monday if it is us. If it is not us I find this information slightly unsettling, BAE has other IR technology they would develop before Poet? I would guess it is us- Poet has said our IR tech is far superior to anything out there so how could BAE be going down another path? Remember what B. King said, something about much happening on the military side of things. Release the news Poet. Also it refers to BAE at Nashua which I believe is where the Poet research/ GaAs work is going on!
