Just joined. I was fed up with discussion boards of ignorance and despair. I'm hoping to find a better lot here.

I, too, think the fall will bring what we are all hoping for. Not much happens during the summer. However, small desperate players will often swoop to make deals during the dog days as they see opportunity when everyone else is burning in the Hamptons.
