I am very pleased with this news!

Ajit Manocha is a huge name and obviously comes with a massive rolodex with all the big names. His experience in navigating the supply chain, vertical markets, alliances, acquiring customers, M+A, deal structure, company build out and much more will be invaluable. Quite frankly 2M options at 1.75 is a bargain for this guy.

It also tells everyone that is looking at POET that this is the real deal. Someone like Ajit Manocha does not commit to a relationship like this if he didn't look under the covers and see the real deal.
