For those us who sat through the days of $0.19/20 SP and near bankruptcy, I think we would be remiss if we, as shareholders, missed the opportunity to thank Mark Benadiba for all he did in helping to reshape this company and re-set its strategic direction.

Look at the transformation that has occurred with Mr. Benadiba sitting as both Chairmain and Vice Chairman over the past few years. Look at how our investment position has improved.

I do not know you Mr. Benadiba but I, for one, would like to say thank you and good luck to you in the future.
