1. Poet company does not want to be sold but they want to let the chip(s) be produced under license on long term basis.

2. Since 2009 Globalfoundries is the toll producer for SC and IT industry like Apple etc. Only one needs to invest for manufacturing.

3. Manocha now is combining Poet with 1. He has THE roles at Poet and Globalfoundries, THE network with the players etc.

4. Poet is going to exist and operate as such for (decades of) years.

5. If this would come true, what could all of us dream of?!
