FJ eaxctly what I woke up thinking abut this morning....Global Foundries is the major partner and this has been in the works since Jan, when Manocha resigned as CEO of Global Foundries,and even before that.

Why else would he resign that job and go back to his advisor job at GF and then take this job with POET if these 2 companies did not have something very big going on in secret?

Manocha just took this job now because now everything is ready and in place to announce whatever they want to reveal before the AGM.

Imagine what talks have been going on and what planning has been done while we kept on bitching about no news and delays. LOL... All JMHO of course.
