You somehow think that the NASDAQ is the answer.

It's not.

Having a product, licencing deals, income is the answer.

Consolidation does NOT provide liquidity.

If they have what they say they have they need more liquidity, not less.

The NASDAQ is as corrupt as any exchange, don't kid yourself. Yes, there are more players, but that only allows for more thieves.
