The only argument I can think of to counter this is that the vulture exchange, as bad as it is, could easily accommodate all the research analysts with the current float IF the company could get the share price above the level required to allow the funds to participate.

Why the company cannot get the share price high enough on the vulture exchange to allow funds to participate is unknown.

It appears as though the company is giving up on this tactic and is proceeding to the NASDAQ come hell of high water.

Big boards certainly provide a broader investment world, but really, nothing else. They are shark infested waters, just as any other exchange.

I haven't decided how I'm going to vote my measly shares yet, but will wait to see what comes in the following weeks prior to the AGM.
