Message: Share Consolidation - Clarifying Some Misconceptions

Of course, regardless of where the company is listed and whether it consolidates or not, it needs to perform - in the near term that means delivering a prototype, and ultimately signing partners to the PDA. And finally . . . licensing agreements and generating income.

Gernerating income - period.

My contention is that when the near term product fulfillment is completed and partners announced, I'd much rather be on the big boards, as the opportunity to deliver a huge promise is greatly improved through attracting the big dogs to the party. I would also offer that it would not surprise me if any uplisting is timed with the right news (to the extent that it can be). And I would much rather have forthcoming news drive valuations on the big board, as opposed to having this same news take it to a place where we would only qualify for the big board organically. The (non)impact of probably the most significant non technical news ever announced by PTI this past week (Ajit) is testimony to the fact that the Vulture has outlived it's purpose.

While it is not (and should never be) unconditional support, I totally agree with fairchj's assessment of BoD performance to date, and that with Ajit's experience and influence things will get moving quickly. That said, I too am interested to understand in his vison for the company, and exactly the level of his day-to-day involvement.

I have read every post on this board and have yet to hear exactly who and how consolidation would benefit, if not ultimately the current shareholders . . . open invitation - who and how, if not the shareholders?, please.

Thank you to all for what is, for the most part, a rational and well informed (albeit speculative) exchange.
