I have no problem with new financing if it goes toward mergers/ acquisitions, that will speed up income flow... rapid growth and demand from big caps will require this and 16 employees will not be adequate, and growing organically will not work with current base at UCONN. IMO.

However, I remain undecided about the reverse split. I hope it is just insurance. I appreciate all the posts and opinions.
