This is the same reason why I never believed for one second when the company, IIRC PC, said they don't care about the SP. IMO, that was not a smart statement to make in the public domain. Now, they care too much about the SP that they are willing alienate retail. I understand the drive to list on the NASDAQ in a hurry due to market opportunities. However, this is giving me the impression that retail is the least of their concerns.

I weighed my own concerns and now am moving to purchase enough shares to avoid having odd lots when the reverse split happens at 1:5. As retail, we were used and abused so many times before. There is no point giving up now when we are getting closer to the end game.
