Ajit Manocha left GF for POET That alone should be a sign from heaven.....

This is the type of hyperbole that imho undermines the credibility of many posts. Mr.Manocha stepped down from his position of CEO of GF in January of this year. We do not know the reasons for this, but he is still with GF, in the position he occupied before he became CEO(see GF's news release when the new ceo was appointed). He was not named to the BOD of POET until July(?). Maybe negotiations were ongoing before that, maybe not. He also sits on 2 other boards - so I would be hard pressed to say he left GF " for" POET. That does not mean I do not feel he is not a valuable addition or potential future CEO - and hopefully worth the $500,000+ salary the BOD felt necessary to secure his services. I will trust their judgment on that.
