Nice explaination. Now correct my line of logic if I'm wrong. When I first bought into this compnay, the float was about 86 million give or take. It is now about 152 million give or take. Using the 10% limitation of insider option assignment(I assume the number is cumulative) and the increase in float(option assignemnt, pp's,etc.) the actual number of option shares insiders could have has increased some 80-85% in four years (although it remains 10% of the float) and will continue to increase as the float increases by option and warrent exercise and pp's. Management is certainly entitled to its reward - but doesn't the 20% scenario take an additional 10% away from the remaining shareholders while adding 5 million+ shares of dilution?
