There is reason why I am wary about the RS. I'm not sure if there is going to be a rule holding back the board from issuing more shares after the RS. Say, if they need to offer more options/shares to the new CEO or JV partner. Everyone's holdings will shrink post-RS, then could get diluted by new issues. In a way, retail is getting flushed out. This is just some of the things going on in my mind right now.
