"I'm not the biggest fan of announcing a R/S post two good news releases to kill momentum but when is a good time to announce a R/S?"

Well, as suggested somewhere here before, they could have announced the RS plan on Friday after market close, as they did, but the released the Ajit news the following Monday morning. I believe this would have had a less adverse effect on the share price.

These guys aren't stupid, they must have discussed the different scenarios at length, and in their wisdom decided to proceed as they did. That's why they make the big bucks.

But the buck always stops somewhere....I hope it works out for them, and us.
