What I like here is that Manocha mentions three large areas promising possible solutions for the semiconductor industry:

EUV
Die stacking
"More esoteric technologies", especiall III-V materials, especially gallium arsenide

Joining POET Technologies clearly shows which technology and which company he considers most promising!
