The direction of Poet's market cap and the amount of money POET may need to raise is only slightly, if at all, affected by a r/s. If the r/s happens and the share price comes down, it will be mainly because the company isn't doing as well as they or we would like. The overall direction of the market will have much more influence on how we do and how much money Poet needs than the effects of a r/s.
