I'm sure Mr Manocha realized what Poet has and now has same vision as our ceo PC; that licensing is the better route. He likely wanted to acquire Poet for GLOBAL, but PC wasn't interested; so he went to the mountain because mountain wouldn't go to him. The foundry business is a challenge and Poet will help reduce costs.
