My understanding is that previously, P1 was released at the behest of the TSXV as it was deemed material. As a result, a redacted version was released. Can't imagine it would be any different this time around, which would suggest to me that it is also not, as yet, completed.

Further conjecture on my part may be that they have deliberately requested Pelligino to hold completion, pending further news, which I would imagine would only benefit the company and it's sharelholders, moving forward.
