Where do you guys get your numbers?

Lets do some simple math. We're at 1.55 today. Lets say we stay at 1.55 and do the 5:1 reverse split. That puts us as 7.75.

Now we're going to dilute 40,000,000 in a financing to half our current value. So we're going to issue 40,000,000 shares and 20 million warrants. That makes total sense.

I guess we just randomly will need immediately 40,000,000 x 7.75 = 310,000,000 million dollars in our piggy bank. That makes a lot of sense.

Jesus. What's the point in even arguing when people use this kind of logic. I'm sure Ajit came on board with the intention of diluting his 2,000,000/5 shares in half through unnecessary 310 million dollar financing.
