In a wierd way, that's one of the more comforting things about this management. They've done pretty much nothing that a "pump and dump" scheme would have done and pretty much everything that a pump & dump wouldn't have done. Sucks for share price, but does give you some insight into the fact that they don't see this as a short term smoke and mirrors project.
