Great fact. To Mr. Fab the rs is a necessity. In addressing potential investors he would state "we WILL be on the nasdaq" as opposed to trying to get there. A non issue for me as per my votes yesterday. If and when the rs takes place, it only means the sp % gains will be smaller but the dollars will be bigger.
