I wondered the same thing. Perhaps MS is pushing this along to get the price to the NASDAQ listing requirement price point. I have seen how stocks can be driven down by this type of programmed trading to a predetermined price to announce a PP, so it is refreshing to see that the price is being taken up in our case.
