This has nothing to do with the RS and only retail investors who don't understand the market are those that are still worried about the RS. This stock has been manipulated for numerous years now and won't stop until there is something that someone can throw the standard formula on to provide a base.

RS's are not all negative. It's been explained a million times on here already so learn to read and stop posting the same nonsense over and over again. This goes for many of you.
