Hi Quan.
I'm still alive but just very busy with the day job.
All I can say regarding the scorching volatility, is that during times like these, all investors should ask themselves one fundamental question :-
"Has anything fundamentally changed with the company that would justify such movement in the SP?"
The answer is no.
In fact, we have the contrary situation; plenty of good news recently regarding technical developments, negotiation of transfer to a fab, Ajit on-baord etc etc.
I'll keep this balanced by mentioning the RS; I do not worry about that, because if done, it would be from a position of strength not weakness, but clearly others feel the opposite. But I hope everyone can see we must get off this venture onto the big board. It really is a major "must do" objective.
The fact that Ajit is now on-board signals a significant underpining of POET ... yet the market has not responded as we would have expected (not yet anyway).
But unfortunately sometimes the market acts in very strange ways (especially the venture); all sorts of games being played, manipulation etc etc.
My best advice is just do your best to ignore the day to day SP activity.
Keep focused on the larger picture .... P2, PDA, Nasdaq and the long road of more technical achievements and PDA's and NRE income.
We remain a non income company that has a semiconductor industry changing technology; but we are in the process of "growing up" .... and this transistion is always a bumpy road.
There are many longs here who have a much lower average price that todays closing price, so it makes these swings more paletable for us, but still rough.
A message to those who bought at $2+ through $2.87 ..... fear not. Your time will come where your angst of today will be in your rear view mirror; a distant memory.
Until then, think and focus on the big picture.
Ajit is now the piper and he will, I am sure, lead us to great things.
Hang in there everyone, hang onto those shares; they'll become very valuable in time.
All the best,
ST
