On August 12th it will be announced that the RS was approved by shareholders. I feel confident of that. In fact I would think it will be over 85% approval. At that point, they should confirm the date on which the split will occur and level of that split (i.e. 5 to 1, 4 to 1...). I would expect 5 to 1 as proposed. We might as well accept it.
