I don't think they need the RS.

I do think they should have it at their disposal if they need it in a hurry.

I see no need to impliment it at this time or anytime until they get their deals done at which time they will, most likely, have the share price high enough to get on the Nasdaq. If not, then use the reverse split to get there.

Anyone who is long should also see it this way as well because we are all going to wait until all is said and done. The share price doesn't matter to us whether it's 50 cents or $5 in that period of time. Nor does it matter what exchange we're on either until that time comes. When it does of course we will have to get on the big board.

Until that time comes we should not use the RS unless we have to because it shows a sign of weakness and implys the same to the rest of the business world whether you guys think it or not.

So my message to you POET is this. Only use that granted power to RS if and when you absolutely have to.
